Stalfa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Sokołów Podlaski was established on June 1, 1995 on the initiative of Mostostal Siedlce S.A. (currently GK Polimex Mostostal.). The company has developed ever since, as evidenced by the investments made in recent years.
In 2005, the production of steel products was separated from galvanised and painted products. It became possible thanks to the investment in a new production area. In 2006, we added aluminium products to our range.
Stalfa Sp. z o.o. operates in the production industry as an independent business partner of steel and aluminium products used in the broadly understood construction industry, including: infrastructure, telecommunications, energy and others. The company’s mission is to produce high-quality products, meet the needs and expectations of the customer as well as increase their satisfaction and willingness to continue cooperation. Our goal is to constantly improve production processes that allow us to manufacture products at competitive prices, while the company’s strategic potential is its employees, who guarantee development and success.
The company makes sure that the production process is safe for both people and the environment, which is why the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance System and the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System have been implemented for the production of light steel structures and structural elements. Stalfa also has the required TUV certificates for welding steel and aluminium. The above certificates are of the greatest importance for the company, because thanks to them, we can safely obtain high-quality steel and aluminium products.
We are proud of the company’s position in the production of steel and aluminium structures, which has been developed jointly by all employees.

Michał Politowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Poznań University of Economics, majoring in finance and banking. He completed numerous professional courses, e.g. Theory and practice of applying hedge accounting and a course for a securities and stock broker. He started his professional career in 2001. He cooperated with such companies as: Mostostal Siedlce S.A., Betacom S.A., Sante Sp. j. or Elmo Siedlce Sp. z o. o. During his professional career, he was responsible for managing and supervising the accounting, financial, commercial, purchasing, logistics, IT and HR areas.

Paweł Zalewski is a graduate of the Białystok University of Technology in Białystok, majoring in construction. He also completed MBA studies at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. He also has Construction and Building Licenses (unlimited) in the field of Design and Execution. He started his professional career in 2008 at Polimex-Mostostal S.A. During his professional career, he gained experience as a construction engineer supervising the construction stages of the following projects in the period from 08.2012 – 03.2013 Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Siedlce Construction Plant – Construction of the “Europa Centralna” Retail Park in Gliwice 06.2011 – 07.2012 Polimex-Mostostal S.A. Zakład Budownictwa Siedlce – Expansion of the thermal and swimming pool complex in Uniejów. Then, since 2017, he has been the Director of the Guarantee Service Office and supervision over real estate in Polimex Mostostal S.A. Capital Group.

Stalfa is one of the leaders in terms of specialised services rendered, portfolio of orders, experience gained, professionalism of performed orders and references on the Polish market in the production industry as an independent business partner of steel and aluminium products used in the broadly understood construction industry, including: infrastructure, telecommunications, energy.
We cooperate with suppliers of products and services by carrying out projects in all our business areas, e.g. in the manufacturing sector, energy sector, industrial construction and infrastructure.
We promote partnership relations with suppliers and subcontractors based on mutual trust and honesty. All our activities are based on standard procedures of conduct, regarding both processes and relationship management.
In accordance with the procedures of the Integrated Management System in force in our company, we conduct the process of qualification and assessment of entities cooperating with us.
The selection of qualified partners allows us to ensure high health and safety, quality and environmental standards as well as high operational efficiency.
As an internationally operating company, Stalfa adheres to and respects regional laws, regulations and local business practices. At the same time, it strictly adheres to its own high management standards and ethical principles.
Our purchasing principles are expressed in the document “Code of Conduct for Business partners” in three language versions.
